Questions
Do I need to be good at art?
No. If you can hold a marker and make a mark on paper, you can do this.
What supplies do I need?
Whatever you have. Pen and paper. Markers. Crayons. Old magazines. The course includes a full supply guide but the barrier to entry is intentionally low.
What if I miss a day?
You will. Everyone does. There is no falling behind. The practice is not about perfection.
Is this therapy?
No. This is an educational course teaching you art journaling techniques. It is not clinical treatment. If you need therapeutic support, please work with a licensed professional.
