  • Simple art prompt to put thoughts and feelings on paper

  • Time to create and notice what comes up

  • Optional sharing at the end

The Creative Community

A weekly creativity workout to expand your emotional range, decision making, and perspective using simple art prompts. No talent required.

This is not an art class. It’s a space to work with your inner experience when talking and thinking stop working. When the world feels heavy and overwhelming, this is a place to show up and take care of yourself without losing your mind.

The Invitation

This is your time to pause, play, and put something on paper just for yourself.

You’ll get a taste of what it feels like to slow down, notice your thoughts and feelings, and create without rules or pressure.

Making art helps us pay attention to ourselves, refresh our minds, and take care of our mental space in a busy, chaotic world.

Sign up with your email and get the Zoom link. Bring a friend. You don’t have to join the community. Just show up, make some art, and leave a little lighter than you came.
